These Bells Have the same similar use as the singing bowls. They are also made with 7 metals . But they produce totally different sound than singing bowls. They have very soothing sound. So it is excellent for meditation and healing. It is mostly used in Rituals and offerings
In Tibetan Monastery they use it for reciting prayers with the long Tibetan Trumpet. They are perfect combination.
The Bell representing the female aspect stands for “prajna” or wisdom. This is held in the left hand Dorje or Vajra held in the right and they are always used in combination during the religious ceremonies. So Bell & Vajra are inseparable ritual objects and two together lead to enlightenment.
